Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Team Lead Finance to oversee the organization's accounting operations, statutory compliance, financial reporting, and taxation activities. The ideal candidate should possess robust expertise in general accounting, GST compliance, MIS reporting, ERP systems, and corporate accounting practices. Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage the General Accounts function, ensuring accurate bookkeeping and financial records.
Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and MIS reports.
Ensure timely compliance with statutory requirements, including GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other applicable regulations.
Manage GST return filing, reconciliations, and compliance activities.
Monitor accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger activities.
Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants, and regulatory authorities during audits and assessments.




Oversee corporate accounting processes and ensure adherence to accounting standards and internal controls.
Drive process improvements and maintain financial accuracy through ERP systems.
Support budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and financial analysis.
Lead, mentor, and guide the finance team to achieve departmental objectives

Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelors degree in commerce, Finance, Accounting, or related field. CA Inter / CMA / MBA Finance preferred.
Robust knowledge of General Accounting, GST, Taxation, and Statutory Compliance.
Hands-on experience with ERP software and Zoho Books/Zoho Finance Suite.
Proficiency in MS Excel and financial reporting tools.
Excellent analytical, leadership, and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
