MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES / TASKS:
Should follow Production plan with zero failure.
Maintaining the OEE of plant as per target.
Daily Rejection analysis and implementing their CAPA.
Coordinate with all the support team for effective utilization of resources.
Make sure all the machineries are ready at the time of production.
Making all the Production related MIS.
Leading a small team of production.
Ensuring that Quality standards are met.
Preparing all the Requisition of consumables required for production.
Ensuring data entry of production and rejection data is done timely in PDS.




Develop the culture of improvement from down the line by encouraging them for kaizen submission.
Implementation of Poka yoke wherever in the process is possible if not develop detection method then.
Implement SMED on shopfloor for smooth quick changeover.
Ensure to develop culture of 5s on shop floor.
Ensuring that health safety regulations are met.

QUALIFICATIONS
Diploma (Mechanical / Electrical) with1+years of experience in refill production.
