ROLE & RESPONSIBILITY OF THE POSTION :-
Responsible for Mitsubishi, Allen Bradley, delta, Omron, Siemens PLC & hmi trouble shooting & programming knowledge.
Responsible for machine safety upgradation & EHS activity.
Responsible for planning & completion capex related activity.
Responsible for servo of Mitsubishi & Allen Bradley.
Responsible for weld controller of Amada machine.
Responsible for panel wiring of machine.
Responsible & should have experience & trouble shooting of HT, LT & transformer, Dg operation & trouble shooting.
Responsible for plan & monitor all critical spares & reduction in spare consumptions
To improve's poka-yoke's & improve machine & process reliability helping in controlling defect generation & defect prevention.
Improving the machine capacities & reconditioning of the equipment's
Knowledge of SAP, Maintenance KPI's
Technical skill :-
Mitsubishi PLC trouble shooting & programming (GX works & developers & Melsoft Gt works3)
Allen Bradley Plc trouble shooting & programming (RS logic 500 & 5000 and factory talk view)
HMI trouble shooting & programming
Electrical troubleshooting
Hazard identification & mitigations
