Job Summary:
Supervise daily pharmaceutical operations, ensure GMP and SOP compliance, maintain product quality, lead the production team, and achieve production targets safely and efficiently.
Skills:
Solid knowledge of GMP, GDP, and regulatory compliance.
Understanding of pharmaceutical manufacturing processes.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Complete supervision of individual Shift activities, Operators and Casual employees.
Coordination with the Production Manager, Engineering, Quality Assurance and Quality Control departments.
Preparation of Caustic solution and Methanol as per production plan.
Preparation & revision of SOPs and training employees.
Updating records like BMR, Machine logbook, checklists, calibration records, etc.
Control on batch yield and over-time.
