About the Role

We are looking for a energetic and results-driven IT Recruiter with experience in Semiconductor/VLSI hiring to join our Talent Acquisition team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in recruiting niche semiconductor talent and managing end-to-end recruitment processes for technical roles across VLSI, ASIC, SoC, Physical Design, Verification, DFT, STA, FPGA, and Embedded domains.

Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment activities from requirement gathering to onboarding.
Partner with hiring managers and business leaders to understand hiring needs and build hiring strategies.
Source high-quality candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, referrals, networking, and other sourcing channels.
Recruit for Semiconductor and VLSI skill sets including:
RTL Design
ASIC Design & Verification
Physical Design
STA
DFT
FPGA
Analog/Mixed Signal Design
SoC/IP Validation
Embedded Systems & Firmware
Conduct initial HR screening and assess candidate suitability.




Schedule and coordinate interviews with technical panels and stakeholders.
Manage offer negotiations, salary discussions, and candidate engagement.
Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline for critical and niche technologies.
Ensure excellent candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
Track hiring metrics and provide regular status updates to stakeholders.

Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
3–6 years of IT recruitment experience, with a minimum of 1 year of Semiconductor/VLSI hiring experience.
Robust understanding of VLSI and Semiconductor domains, including ASIC, FPGA, DFT, STA, Physical Design, and Verification.
Hands-on experience using sourcing platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, and other job portals.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.
Proven ability to work on multiple positions simultaneously and meet hiring targets.
Solid networking and talent-mapping capabilities.
