Qualification- B.tech/ M.tech/ Diploma ( Electrical Engineering)

Responsibilities:
Manage the execution of electrical works for wind farm projects, including HT/LT systems, substations, transmission lines, SCADA systems, and wind turbine installations.
Supervise the installation, testing, and commissioning of transformers, switchgear, cable laying, earthing, and protection systems while ensuring compliance with grid standards.
Coordinate with project managers, OEMs, contractors, and utility authorities to deliver electrical activities on schedule and as per technical specifications.
Ensure compliance with electrical safety regulations, HSE policies, Lockout/Tagout procedures, and permit-to-work systems through regular safety audits and toolbox talks.
Review electrical drawings, BOQs,



and technical documents, conduct quality inspections, and ensure adherence to project and industry standards.
Lead and manage electrical engineers, supervisors, technicians, and subcontractors by monitoring performance and providing technical guidance and troubleshooting support.
Prepare progress reports, track project milestones and KPIs, and maintain testing, commissioning, and as-built documentation for successful project handover.
