What will you be doing
Act as an independent senior engineer, owning complex problem statements and delivering scalable, reliable solutions aligned with business goals.
Stay current with emerging technologies such as Agentic AI, Generative AI, and Copilot Studio, while mentoring the team on adoption and best practices.
Collaborate with product, business, data, and engineering stakeholders, and communicate technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Participate actively in architecture discussions, design reviews, sprint planning, and technical decision-making.
What do we expect from you
Design and build LLM-powered applications, chatbots, copilots, and multi-agent workflows
Implement GenAI solutions using frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, n8n, or similar.
Build and maintain prompt templates, chains, agents, tools, and reusable AI workflows.
Integrate vector databases for semantic search, contextual retrieval, RAG, and memory.
Develop backend services, REST APIs, and integrations to run AI models in production.
Ensure AI solutions are explainable, accurate, compliant, secure, and aligned with finance policies.
Monitor and evaluate model and workflow performance on an ongoing basis.
Optimize inference cost, latency, reliability, and overall system efficiency.
Collaborate with Product, Data, Business, Sales, Finance, and Engineering teams to deliver end-to-end AI solutions.
Stay updated on emerging GenAI, AI/ML, agentic AI, and automation technologies.
Participate in design reviews, sprint planning, technical discussions, and architecture reviews.
