This is a full cycle recruitment role which involves working in partnership with internal stakeholders, senior managers and HR on all aspects of internal and external recruitment. You'd manage end to end recruitment for GTM and tech roles.

What Youll Do
Look at full cycle hiring process - post open roles on job boards, social networks, and our careers page to attract the right candidates.
You'd primarily be responsible for managing talent acquisition operations, interview coordination, talent sourcing, resume screening, cross functional collaboration, etc.
Screen resumes and applications based on key criteria.
Send personalised outreach messages for outbound recruiting.
Assess candidates for skills, culture, and motivation.
Ensure all candidates have a outstanding experience, whether hired or not.

What makes you a valuable fit
2+ years of experience in recruitment (preferably with high growth startups is a plus).
Experienced in recruitment operations - interview coordination, resume screening, etc.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to juggle various open positions.
