Role & responsibilities
Drive achievement of primary and secondary sales targets within the assigned territory.
Ensure effective distribution, order booking, and stockist performance through close coordination with (SSMs).
Execute trade marketing initiatives, BTL activities, promotional schemes, and visibility programs in the market.
Monitor merchandising standards and ensure optimum product visibility across retail outlets.
Coordinate POSM allocation, deployment, and utilization to maximize in-store visibility.
Prepare and submit trade claims accurately and within timelines as per company SOPs.
Manage stockist operations, including inventory management, SMR preparation, and maintenance of accurate data in REACH.
Maintain accurate sales reports, trackers, and POS/REACH data for business review and analysis.




Capture market intelligence, including competitor activities, customer feedback, and market trends, and share actionable insights.
Support appointment and onboarding of recent stockists as per company guidelines.
Drive key business KPIs such as sales growth, distribution expansion, retail business growth, line sold, prospect brand performance, and SSM incentive achievement.
Ensure compliance with company policies, reporting standards, and operational processes while delivering business objectives.
