Job Description (Tool Room & Die Maintenance)

Position: Executive – Tool Room Experience Required: 3 to 7 years

Location: Pithampur, MP

Industry: Sheet Metal / Automotive / Manufacturing

Key Responsibilities
Perform Tool Room operations including tool assembly, fitting, and adjustments.
Handle Die Maintenance for sheet metal tools, ensuring smooth production and minimal downtime.
Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance of dies and tools.
Troubleshoot tool-related issues and implement effective solutions.
Maintain documentation of tool history, maintenance schedules, and breakdown reports.
Collaborate with production and quality teams to ensure tool performance meets standards.




Ensure compliance with safety and quality protocols in tool handling and maintenance.

Desired Candidate Profile
Diploma / Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Tool & Die Making.
3–7 years of hands-on experience in Tool Room & Die Maintenance (Sheet Metal).
Robust knowledge of press tools, jigs, fixtures, and gauges.
Ability to read engineering drawings and use precision measuring instruments.
Valuable problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
Team player with robust communication and coordination skills.
