Education: B.E./B.Tech or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
Preferred Certification: HVAC/MEP Certification

Role & responsibilities
Supervise the installation, testing, commissioning, and maintenance of HVAC systems in accordance with approved drawings, project specifications, and industry standards.
Plan, execute, and monitor HVAC activities to ensure timely completion while maintaining quality and safety requirements.
Review HVAC layouts, shop drawings, P&IDs;, and technical specifications before execution.
Coordinate with civil, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, instrumentation, and MEP teams for seamless project execution.
Supervise the installation of chillers, cooling towers, AHUs, FCUs, VRF/VRV systems, ducting, chilled water piping, ventilation systems, pumps, and associated HVAC equipment.
Ensure proper alignment, leveling, insulation, pressure testing,



flushing, and commissioning of HVAC systems.
Conduct HVAC testing and commissioning, including air balancing, water balancing, system performance testing, and functional testing.
Monitor HVAC equipment performance and troubleshoot operational issues to ensure system reliability and efficiency.
Inspect HVAC materials and equipment upon receipt to verify compliance with project specifications and quality standards.
Coordinate with vendors, consultants, contractors, and clients to resolve technical issues and ensure smooth project execution.
Prepare material requisitions, quantity estimates (BOQ), method statements, and technical documentation.
