Key Responsibilities
Plan and deliver engaging lesson plans aligned with the pre-primary curriculum.
Create a positive, caring, and stimulating classroom workplace.
Teach foundational concepts through play-based and activity-based learning.
Develop children's communication, language, motor, and social skills.
Organize storytelling, rhymes, music, art, craft, and interactive learning activities.
Observe and assess each child's progress and maintain accurate records.
Ensure the safety, hygiene, and well-being of all students.
Build robust relationships with parents by providing regular updates on children's progress.
Prepare classroom teaching aids and learning materials.
Participate in school events, celebrations, meetings, and training programs.
Maintain classroom discipline with a positive and child-friendly approach.
Support children's emotional and behavioral development.

Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
Diploma/Certification in Early Childhood Education (ECE), Montessori, NTT, TTC, or equivalent is preferred.
Freshers with relevant qualifications or experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
