Job Description:
The Real Estate Sales Head is responsible for leading, guiding, and engaging the sales team to achieve organizational revenue goals. This role involves setting transparent objectives, ensuring smooth daily operations, fostering team collaboration, and driving overall sales performance. The Sales Head must communicate effectively, resolve conflicts, and create a positive, productive team environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic & Revenue Leadership
Driving Organizational Revenue: Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and organizational growth.
Setting goals and objectives aligned with organizational vision and effectively communicating them to the team.

Team Management & Performance
Delegating tasks based on team member strengths, ensuring clear expectations and deadlines.
Monitoring team performance, identifying roadblocks, and taking corrective actions.
Providing constructive and timely feedback to support continuous improvement.
Coaching and mentoring team members to develop skills and enhance productivity.
Conducting performance reviews and delivering progress evaluations.





Operational & Stakeholder Management
Managing daily operations to ensure smooth workflows and effective communication.
Resolving internal conflicts and fostering a collaborative team culture.
Communicating team performance, needs, and progress to senior management and key stakeholders.

Training & Development
Identifying training needs and facilitating learning opportunities to enhance team capabilities.

Leadership & Motivation
Motivating and inspiring the team to achieve high performance.
Leading by example by demonstrating professionalism, discipline, and strong work ethics.

Requirements:
Minimum 15 years of experience in real estate/ banking/ insurance sales.
At least 10 years of experience in team leadership.
Proven track record in managing and inspiring high-performing sales teams.
Robust communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines.
Solid understanding of local real estate markets, buyer behavior, and industry trends.
