Required Qualifications
10 15 years of experience in software development with at least 4 years in a technical leadership role
Solid expertise in frontend (React or equivalent SPA frameworks) and backend (Node.js/Express or similar) technologies
Deep hands-on experience with cloud platforms (Azure preferred; AWS/GCP acceptable) and PaaS services
Proven experience designing scalable, distributed, and event-driven systems
Strong experience in API design, system integration, and messaging architectures
Solid database design expertise (relational databases, performance optimization, indexing strategies)
Experience leading and mentoring engineering teams in Agile settings
Robust understanding of CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and release management
Expertise in authentication and authorization mechanisms (OAuth 2.0, JWT, RBAC)
