Key Responsibilities

Sales & Business Development
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for Fans, Pumps, and Appliances.
Drive primary sales through distributors and ensure healthy secondary sales in the market.
Identify new business opportunities, dealers, and retailers to expand market reach.
Launch current products and ensure effective product placement and visibility.

Channel Partner Management
Appoint, manage, and develop distributors, dealers, and retailers within the territory.
Ensure optimum stock availability and proper inventory planning with channel partners.
Monitor credit control, collections, and outstanding payments as per company policy.
Conduct regular market visits to strengthen relationships with key accounts.

Market Intelligence & Competition Tracking
Track competitor activities, pricing, schemes, and product movements.
Provide regular market feedback to the management for strategic decision-making.
Analyze sales trends and take corrective actions to improve performance.

Promotions & Visibility




Plan and execute marketing and promotional activities at dealer and retailer levels.
Ensure effective in-store branding, merchandising, and display standards.
Organize dealer meets, influencer meets, and product demonstrations as required.

Team Coordination & Reporting
Coordinate with internal teams such as logistics, marketing, and finance for smooth operations.
Submit regular sales reports, forecasts, and market updates to seniors.
Maintain accurate sales data and MIS reporting.
