ROLES & RESPONSIBILITY

Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment from sourcing to onboarding.
Partner with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements.
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, consultants, and networking.
Screen, interview, and coordinate candidate assessments.
Handle offer negotiations and joining formalities.
Maintain recruitment trackers, MIS, and hiring reports.
Ensure timely closure of positions while maintaining quality of hire.
Support employer branding and talent pipeline development.

Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
5 to 8 years of recruitment experience, preferably in a manufacturing workplace.
Experience hiring for Production, Quality,



Engineering, Supply Chain, Procurement, and corporate functions.

Required Skills
Robust sourcing and interviewing skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
Proficiency in MS Office and recruitment portals.
Ability to manage multiple positions and meet hiring deadlines
