Role Responsibilities

Manage inventory control, vendor coordination, cost tracking, and wastage reduction.
Collaborate with chefs and kitchen team.
Handle guest feedback, resolve service issues promptly, and implement service recovery protocols to drive repeat visits and positive reviews.
