Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.

Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.




Coordinate cross-functional efforts to streamline issue resolution and improve system reliability.
Mentor junior team members to enhance their technical capabilities and problem-solving skills.
Facilitate communication between stakeholders to ensure alignment on support priorities and system updates.

Skilled Technical Skills:

Must To Have Skills:
Proficiency in Linux Operations.
Solid knowledge of system monitoring and troubleshooting techniques within Linux settings.
Experience with scripting languages to automate routine tasks and improve operational efficiency.
Familiarity with performance tuning and resource management on Linux platforms.
Ability to analyze log files and system metrics to diagnose and resolve issues effectively.
Understanding of network protocols and security principles relevant to Linux-based systems.
The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Linux Operations.
This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
