Job Summary:
Responsible for carrying out preventive and corrective maintenance of building systems, ensuring smooth operation of facilities, and attending breakdown calls at client sites.

Key Responsibilities:
Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of electrical, mechanical, HVAC, plumbing, and utility systems.
Attend breakdowns and emergency maintenance requests.
Inspect building equipment and identify maintenance requirements.
Troubleshoot and repair equipment faults.
Maintain maintenance records, checklists, and service reports.
Coordinate with vendors and contractors for specialized maintenance work.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company SOPs.
Support energy-saving and facility improvement initiatives.




Ensure proper housekeeping in plant rooms and work areas.

Required Skills:
Knowledge of electrical, HVAC, plumbing, mechanical, and building maintenance.
Ability to troubleshoot technical issues.
Positive communication and reporting skills.
Familiarity with preventive maintenance schedules.
Basic computer skills (MS Office/CMMS preferred).

Qualifications:
ITI/Diploma/B.E. in Electrical, Mechanical, HVAC, or related field.
15 years of experience in facility management or building maintenance.
Experience in commercial buildings, hospitals, manufacturing plants, or IT parks is preferred.
