Production Process coordination
Purchase order generation and management (EDI/MIS/COP/Supplier Connect)
Time & Action maintenance and review
Plan and coordinate Pre-Production
Maintain and update production
ESF creation and maintenance
Sealer sample coordination with vendor and client
Testing sample coordination
Review and escalation of exceptions with team and
Post shipment follow
Active participation in vendor research and analysis
Work with factories on current product development and

Job Requirements:
Graduate




Minimum graduate with at least 4 5 years experience in merchandising of wood products in Buying and Liaison
Effective verbal & written communication
Preferably someone from Furniture factory background
Knowledge in MS Office and e-mail operations is a
Analyses trip requirement with team
Coordinate and prepare client
Coordinate for product
Prepare minutes of meeting
