Preferred candidate profile
Any Graduate
Minimum of 1+ years of experience in capacity planning, workforce management, or resource planning roles.
Robust analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and derive actionable insights.
Proficiency in using capacity planning tools, spreadsheet applications, and data visualization software.
Experience in project management methodologies and resource allocation techniques.
Knowledge of workforce management best practices and industry standards.
