Preparation of schematic design and BOM using ECAD tools
Design calculations, schematic & Circuit design
BOM creation, discussion with vendors, Support for BOM cost optimization
Functional testing, verification and troubleshooting of the PCB boards
Hardware troubleshooting and Root cause analysis
Failure analysis and corrective actions for the hardware/component level issues
Creation and maintenance of required documentation, test reports etc.
Experience with engineering calculations using Excel etc.
Knowledge on product testing & validation as per automotive standards.
Experience in functional safety activities
Hands on experience in system hardware design- Battery-BMS, etc.
Experience in circuit design calculations and Power electronics
Understanding of passive and active component characteristics
Valuable knowledge of electronic circuit design using discrete semiconductors (BJT, MOSFET, Diodes)

Board Soldering work expert (especially QFN and LQFP package)
