Role Overview

Lead the design and delivery of scalable, secure, and high-performing solutions on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE). Drive technical architecture, ensure best practices, and mentor teams across end-to-end implementations.

Key Responsibilities
Architect end-to-end solutions across Dynamics 365 CE (Sales, Service, Marketing, etc.) and Power Platform
Define system architecture, integration patterns, and data models
Lead technical design, code reviews, and solution governance
Design and oversee integrations (Azure services, APIs, middleware, Dataverse)
Ensure scalability, performance, security, and compliance standards
Provide hands-on expertise in complex customizations and extensions
Collaborate with functional teams, stakeholders, and delivery leads
Mentor developers and enforce best engineering practices
Drive DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and workplace strategy

Required Skills Experience
10+ years in CRM/enterprise application development, with strong focus on D365 CE
Deep expertise in:
Dynamics 365 CE / Dataverse architecture




Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Pages)
.NET / C#, JavaScript, plugins, custom workflows
Azure (Functions, Logic Apps, Service Bus, APIM)
Robust experience in integrations, APIs (REST/SOAP), and microservices design
Knowledge of ALM, DevOps, and solution lifecycle management
Solid understanding of security, performance optimization, and data architecture

Preferred Qualifications
Microsoft certifications (e.g., Dynamics 365, Power Platform, Azure Architect)
Experience with large-scale enterprise implementations
Exposure to industry frameworks and solution accelerators
