Indirect Sourcing

Key missions of the position:
Purchase Right Product/Service at Right Price and Quality and bring in Savings to the organisation
Bring in effective efficient Procurement processes and systems to meet customer requirement
Establish strategic thinking in all procurement efforts resulting to be customer centric, streamlining business processes while maintaining compliance

Responsibilities
Lead and drive Indirect sourcing activities for Faiveley Transport, India Cross functional connect with HR/Finance/Operations/Engineering.
Robust negotiation skills/understanding of market cost/communication skills (written and oral)
Understanding of Vendor base across all regions of India for HR activities/Facilities Management/Supply of consumables and MRO/Skilled services/Logistics/Warehousing/Real estate/Civil Construction/Capex equipment
Should have good knowledge in handling Capex procurement, logistics and warehousing.




Solid understanding of Sourcing Human resources for Engineering, good working experience with Professional services, Temporary labor companies.
Understanding of ERP systems-preferably SAP/Oracle/M3/other. Should have sound knowledge on interpreting/conversion of PR to PO process.
Sound understanding of Contracts management. Understanding of Terms Conditions, commercial clauses, legal clauses.
Should have worked in similar organizations managing Indirect Sourcing activities. Understanding of Supplier Ethical code of conduct/integrity/compliance is paramount.
