Key Responsibilities
Analytical Testing: Perform chemical and physical analysis on raw materials, in-process samples, and finished APIs.
Instrument Handling: Operate and calibrate sophisticated laboratory instruments such as HPLC, GC, UV-Spectrophotometer, and IR.
Documentation & Data Integrity: Maintain accurate laboratory notebooks, logbooks, and test reports. Ensure all data meets compliance standards (ALCOA+).
Compliance: Ensure testing adheres to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Valuable Laboratory Practices (GLP), and ICH/USFDA/ISO guidelines.
Stability Studies: Conduct stability testing and report trends.
Investigation: Investigate deviations, Laboratory Incident Reports (LIR), and implement Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA). [1, 2, 3, 4, 5]
