Own end-to-end lead generation across

LinkedIn Ads
Build, optimize, and scale high-converting funnels
Lead magnets, landing pages, forms, WhatsApp CRM flows
Drive qualified leads at scale with solid CPL and ROI focus

Continuously test:
Creatives, copies, audiences, hooks, CTAs

Track performance daily:
CPL, CAC, ROAS, lead quality, conversion ratios
Collaborate with content, sales, and tech teams for funnel optimization
Take complete ownership of numbers, not excuses

Required Skills Experience
4 8 years of hands-on experience in Performance Marketing or Growth Marketing.




Proven success in scaling paid acquisition campaigns with measurable business impact.
Experience in EdTech, Career-Tech, Education, SaaS, or high-growth B2B/B2C businesses is highly preferred.
