Role & responsibilities-
Generate insurance business through assigned bank branches.
Build and maintain solid relationships with branch managers and bank staff.
Identify prospective customers from the bank's customer base.
Promote and sell life, health, and general insurance products.
Understand customer financial needs and recommend suitable insurance solutions.
Generate leads through branch referrals and customer interactions.
Convert leads into policy sales by providing effective product presentations.
Conduct customer meetings and explain product features, advantages, and policy terms.
Assist customers with documentation and policy issuance.
Ensure timely policy renewals and provide after-sales service.
Support customers with claim-related guidance and query resolution.
Train and motivate bank employees on insurance products and sales techniques.
Organize branch-level sales campaigns and customer awareness activities.
Achieve monthly, quarterly,
and annual sales targets.
Ensure compliance with IRDAI regulations and company policies.
Maintain accurate sales records and customer documentation.
Monitor branch performance and identify opportunities for business growth.
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth policy processing.
Stay updated on recent insurance products, market trends, and competitor offerings.
Deliver excellent customer service to enhance customer satisfaction and long-term relationships.
