Qualifications:
B.Sc . in Agriculture or a related field
Fresher or 1 to 2 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in agriculture, agrochemicals, fertilizers, or seeds

Key Responsibilities:
Generate recent B2B sales leads and identify business opportunities across target markets
Manage and strengthen relationships with existing dealers and distributors
Achieve assigned sales targets through consistent and effective client engagement




Track market trends and monitor competitor activities to identify growth opportunities
Conduct regular field visits and client meetings to drive business development initiatives

Skills Required:
Solid communication and negotiation skills with the ability to engage trade partners effectively
Demonstrated capability in B2B sales and client relationship management
Market analysis and lead generation abilities within the agriculture or allied industries
Proficiency in MS Office and basic CRM tools for tracking and reporting

Special Requirements:
Prior experience in B2B sales within the agriculture, agrochemical, fertilizer, seeds, or manufacturing industry is preferred
Willingness to travel extensively for client meetings and business development activities
Must possess a proactive, self-driven approach with the ability to work independently in the field
