Job Purpose:

To lead and Manage the Electrical & Mechical maintenance activities & Team ensuring optimal performance, minimum downtime, and compliance with safety and quality standards in support of production and facility operations.

Role & responsibilities :
Review and Consolidation of Daily Reports, MIS and Management review meetings.
Review of Breakdowns, troubleshooting and efficiency of production.
Review of utility consumptions.
Preparation, implementation & tracking of cost saving projects, Improvement projects and recent brown field projects planning, budgeting, execution and monitoring.
Preparing CAPA, RCA, Audit documents and Schedules.
Manpower Management - training and Protected work implementation.
Review of statutory compliances, Legal compliances and Liaoning with various departments - BESCOM,KSPCB, KPTCL.
Spare Manaement.
Lead - CFT's.

Key Skills & Competencies:
Solid technical knowledge of electrical systems (HT/LT, drives, PLCs, motors, transformers, etc.)
Hands-on experience in maintenance within a plant/factory setup
Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and engineering drawings
Root cause analysis and problem-solving
