Job Summary

Vishal Builders is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Tender Executive to manage tendering activities for government and private sector projects. The candidate will be responsible for identifying tender prospects, preparing bid documents, coordinating with various departments, and ensuring timely submission of tenders.

Key Responsibilities
Search and track relevant tenders from government and private portals.
Analyze tender documents, eligibility criteria, BOQs, and technical requirements.
Prepare and submit technical and commercial bid documents.
Coordinate with estimation, engineering, accounts, and management teams for tender submissions.
Maintain records of tender submissions, EMDs, BGs, and other related documents.
Upload tender documents on various e-tendering portals.




Prepare pre-qualification documents and compliance reports.
Follow up on tender status, clarifications, and bid results.
Ensure timely renewal and maintenance of company registrations, certificates, and licenses required for tender participation.

Required Skills
Valuable knowledge of Government e-Tendering portals (GeM, CPPP, PWD, CPWD, Railways, etc.).
Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and documentation.
Understanding of BOQs, tender conditions, and contract requirements.
Robust analytical and organizational skills.
Excellent communication and coordination abilities.

Qualification
Graduate in any discipline (Technical background preferred).
15 years of experience in tendering, bidding, or contract management.
Experience in construction, infrastructure, or government projects will be an added advantage.
