Key Responsibilities

• Recruit, onboard, and develop Life Insurance advisors/agents.

• Drive premium growth through the Agency Channel.

• Ensure regular activation and productivity of advisors.

• Build and maintain solid relationships with advisors to improve retention

. • Conduct sales meetings, training sessions, and field coaching.

• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

• Ensure high levels of persistency and business quality.

• Monitor advisor performance and implement strategies to improve productivity.

• Coordinate with internal teams for policy issuance and customer servicing.

• Maintain compliance with company policies and IRDAI guidelines.
