Bachelor s or Master s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business Analytics, or a related field with a solid academic record
5+ years of experience leading large-scale technology implementations, with at least 2 3 years focused on Varicent or Incentive Compensation Management (ICM) platforms
Strong understanding of sales compensation processes, sales operations, and performance management
Exceptional communication skills to translate complex technical concepts into transparent business language
Proven experience in supervising, mentoring, and managing project teams
Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and integrations between Varicent and CRM/ERP/HR systems (e.g., Salesforce, Workday, SAP)
Robust background in data modeling,



ETL processes, and SQL for large-scale enterprise environments
Familiarity with modern data platforms and tools such as Snowflake, Power BI, Databricks, or Redshift
Experience delivering projects using Agile methodologies, including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and iterative delivery
