We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced District Lead to join our team in the Livelihood Program. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in leading programs and managing teams, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Roles and Responsibility
Develop and implement effective livelihood strategies to improve economic outcomes for program participants.
Lead and manage a team of professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure successful project implementation.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver training programs that meet community needs.
Conduct assessments and evaluations to measure program impact and identify areas for improvement.
Build relationships with key stakeholders, including government officials, community leaders, and other partners.
Identify and mitigate risks associated with program implementation, ensuring compliance with organizational policies.

Job Requirements
Proven experience in leading programs and managing teams, preferably in a similar industry or sector.




Strong understanding of livelihood development principles and practices.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with solid leadership and management abilities.
Solid analytical and critical thinking skills, with attention to detail and ability to interpret data.
Experience working with diverse stakeholders, including government officials, community leaders, and other partners.
