Role & responsibilities
Receive materials from suppliers as per Purchase Order (PO) and Delivery Challan.
Verify quantity, quality, and specifications of received materials.
Report shortages, damages, or discrepancies to the Store Incharge.
Prepare Goods Receipt Note (GRN).
Issue materials only against approved Material Requisition Slip (MRS).
Record all material issues accurately.
Ensure timely availability of materials to site engineers and supervisors.
