Roles & Responsibilities
Acquire recent Current Account (CA) and Savings Account (SA) customers through field sales.
Generate leads through cold calling, market visits, referrals, and local networking.
Build and maintain relationships with individual customers, SMEs, traders, and business owners.
Achieve monthly CASA acquisition and revenue targets.
Promote banking products such as debit cards, internet/mobile banking, fixed deposits, insurance, and other cross-sell products.
Conduct customer meetings and explain banking products and advantages.
Ensure proper documentation and KYC compliance for account opening.
Coordinate with branch operations for smooth account activation.
Maintain a healthy customer portfolio and provide post-sales service.
Identify prospects to increase account balances and customer engagement.
Track daily sales activities, customer visits, and lead conversions through CRM/MIS.
Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities.
