Key Responsibilities
Conduct quality inspections of solar mounting structures and installation work.
Review and understand solar engineering drawings and structural layouts.
Ensure materials and installations comply with quality standards and project specifications.
Identify quality issues, prepare inspection reports, and coordinate corrective actions.
Conduct site inspections and maintain quality-related documentation.
Coordinate with Project, Production, and Installation teams to resolve quality issues.
Ensure compliance with company quality and safety standards.
Maintain inspection records, NCRs (Non-Conformance Reports), and quality checklists.

Required Skills
Valuable knowledge of solar drawings and mounting structures.
Understanding of quality control and inspection processes.
Ability to read engineering drawings and technical documents.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
Positive communication and reporting skills.
Robust attention to detail and problem-solving ability
