Key Responsibilities
Project Planning
Review drawings, Prepare BOQ, and understand project scope before execution
Understanding execution flow.
Must be familiar with project commercials.
Identify discrepancies in BOQ with respect to site execution and suggest solutions for the risks.
Vendor & Stakeholder Management
Coordinate with: Contractors and vendors
Project team
Internal teams (procurement, finance, design)
Cost Control & BOQ Management
Monitor project cost vs approved BOQ
Control variations and minimize cost overruns
Timeline Management
Track project schedules and identify delays
Take corrective actions to meet deadlines
Ensure on-time store/project opening
Additional & Recent implementation requirements closure with Procurement




Plan and track material requirements
Coordinate with procurement for timely rate closure
Avoid project delay on timely closure of tasks related BOQ
Reporting & Documentation
Provide updates to management and stakeholders

Qualifications
B.Tech / Diploma in Civil / Electrical /
Min 5 years of experience in interior execution / fit-out projects
Experience in retail / commercial / quick commerce / F&B; projects preferred

Tools / Software

• AutoCAD (reading drawings)

• Google Sheets / Excel (BOQ, tracking, reporting)
