Monitor, troubleshoot, and provide first-level support for LAN, WAN, VPN, Internet connectivity, routers, switches, and wireless networks to ensure uninterrupted network operations.
Support firewall infrastructure (Palo Alto & SonicWall), network security, and resolve basic connectivity and access-related issues.
Provide L1 support for EPBX/IP Telephony systems, including extension management, call routing, voicemail, and handset troubleshooting.
Resolve end-user network issues related to desktops, laptops, Wi-Fi, VPN, email, printers, and other IT infrastructure services while maintaining SLA compliance.
Coordinate with ISPs for network-related incidents, maintain ITSM tickets, update network documentation, and ensure adherence to IT security and compliance standards.
Collaborate with senior network engineers for issue escalation, infrastructure maintenance, and continuous improvement of network performance.
