The Operations Manager is responsible for planning, directing, and overseeing all manufacturing operations to ensure the productive production of high-quality electronic components. This role focuses on achieving production targets, improving operational efficiency, maintaining quality standards, optimizing costs, ensuring regulatory compliance, and leading cross-functional teams to support business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage manufacturing and production operations to achieve quality, cost, and delivery targets.
Lead production, supply chain, planning, technical, and warehouse teams.
Develop production plans and schedules to ensure timely delivery.
Oversee production, testing, assembly, workflow, and material flow activities.
Manage procurement, supplier coordination,



and inventory control to ensure material availability.
Ensure compliance with ISO, IPC, customer standards, and process requirements.
Drive quality improvement, Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and Kaizen initiatives.
Resolve operational issues through cross-functional coordination with engineering, quality, and maintenance teams.
Lead and develop production teams to improve performance and productivity.
Monitor operational performance and prepare management reports.
Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and statutory requirements.
