Role & responsibilities
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly production plans based on sales forecasts and customer orders.
Develop and monitor production schedules to ensure timely execution.
Plan and control production activities to maximize machine and manpower utilization.
Coordinate with Procurement to ensure timely availability of raw materials and components.
Monitor Work-in-Progress (WIP) and optimize inventory levels.
Ensure production targets are achieved while maintaining quality standards.
Collaborate with Quality, Stores, Maintenance, and Dispatch departments for seamless operations.

Preferred candidate profile
Solid understanding of manufacturing processes and production planning.
Experience in handling ERP/MRP systems.
Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities.
Excellent analytical, planning, and decision-making skills.
Knowledge of lean manufacturing and continuous improvement practices is preferred.
