Role & responsibilities
Plan, coordinate, and execute Topical/Product Trials for current and existing products.
Support Current Product Development (NPD) activities from concept to commercialization.
Coordinate with Production, Quality Assurance (QA), Quality Control (QC), Procurement, Marketing, and Regulatory teams for smooth project execution.
Develop and optimize product formulations in line with company objectives.
Prepare and maintain technical documents, product specifications, SOPs, and trial reports.
Preferred candidate profile
Strong knowledge of Ayurvedic and Pharmaceutical formulations.
Experience in Topical Trials and New Product Development (NPD).
Valuable understanding of formulation development, stability studies, and product validation.
