We are looking for a skilled Commis I / Commie II to join our team in the Bakery Pastry department at Azaya Beach Resort. The ideal candidate will have 1 to 3 years of experience and be responsible for preparing high-quality bakery products.

Roles and Responsibility
Assist the head chef in planning and preparing menus for special events and functions.
Prepare and bake a variety of bread, pastries, and desserts to the highest standards of quality and presentation.
Maintain a clean and organized kitchen workplace, adhering to health and safety regulations.
Collaborate with other chefs to ensure seamless service during peak hours.
Develop current recipes and ideas to enhance the menu's appeal.
Ensure all food is prepared on time, meeting customer expectations.

Job Requirements




Proven experience as a Commis I or Commi II in a bakery pastry kitchen.
Robust knowledge of dough mixing, kneading, and baking techniques.
Ability to work well under pressure, meeting deadlines and targets.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
Commitment to delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining high standards of quality.
