Location: Indore - 100% Onsite

Shift: Night Shift ( 6:00 PM IST to 3:00 AM IST) (US Time Zones)

Working Days : 5 Days working (Monday to Friday)

Employment Type: Full-Time

About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven US IT Recruiter to join our growing recruitment team. The ideal candidate will have experience in end-to-end US IT recruitment, excellent communication skills, and the ability to source and engage top technical talent for clients across the United States.

Key Responsibilities
Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle for US IT positions.
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
Screen and interview candidates to assess technical skills, experience, and cultural fit.
Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients.
Negotiate compensation and facilitate offer discussions.
Maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.
Ensure accurate documentation and timely updates in the ATS/recruitment tracker.




Build and maintain long-term relationships with candidates and consultants.
Meet recruitment targets and turnaround time (TAT) requirements.

Required Skills & Qualifications
14 years of experience in US IT Recruitment.
Positive understanding of US staffing processes, recruitment lifecycle, and IT technologies.
Experience working with job portals as per job requirement.
Strong sourcing, screening, and interviewing skills.
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced setting.
Strong negotiation and relationship management skills.
