About The Role

We are looking for a driven and growth-focused Business Development Associate to join the FirstClub team. In this role, you will play a key part in identifying recent business opportunities, building robust client relationships, and driving revenue growth for the company. This is a fast-paced and high-impact role for individuals who are passionate about sales, partnerships, and business expansion.

What Youll Do
Identify and develop recent business opportunities through market research, networking, and outbound outreach
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and key stakeholders
Drive revenue growth by generating qualified leads and converting prospects into customers
Conduct client meetings, presentations, and product or service demonstrations
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue and growth targets
Track market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify business expansion opportunities
Negotiate commercial terms, contracts, and partnership agreements with clients and stakeholders
Maintain accurate sales pipelines, forecasts,



and CRM records consistently
Represent FirstClub at industry events, conferences, and networking prospects

What Were Looking for
2 to 6 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, Partnerships, or Account Management
Proven ability to generate leads and successfully close business opportunities
Experience working with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced startup or growth environment
Strong understanding of market dynamics and customer relationship management
Self-driven, target-oriented, and highly motivated mindset
Ability to build long-term client relationships and strategic partnerships
Familiarity with CRM tools and sales tracking platforms is preferred
Bacheloru2019s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field
