Role & Responsibilities
Create engaging on-camera content for Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and other short-form platforms with a natural, confident, and energetic presentation.
Independently shoot, edit, and deliver high-quality videos from raw footage to the final published version.
Collaborate with the marketing team and use AI tools such as Claude to execute content plans, scripts, campaigns, and creative ideas.
Follow pre-approved scripts and content calendars while adding your own creativity to the presentation and execution.
Publish content consistently according to the marketing schedule.
Stay updated with the latest social media trends, viral formats, editing styles, and audience engagement techniques.
Coordinate with the founder on marketing campaigns, advertisements, content planning, and overall brand strategy.
Assist in creating ad creatives, marketing assets, and campaign content across digital platforms.

Preferred Candidate Profile
Confident and comfortable speaking on camera with a natural, engaging personality.
Robust video shooting and editing skills using tools such as CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar software.
Experience creating Instagram Reels,



YouTube Shorts, or other short-form video content.
Familiarity with AI tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, or Gemini for content creation and marketing workflows.
Basic understanding of social media marketing and digital advertising is preferred.
A portfolio showcasing video editing and on-camera work is highly preferred.
Reliable, self-motivated, and capable of delivering high-quality content consistently.
Passion for travel, storytelling, and social media trends is an advantage.
