Role Overview

We are looking for a skilled PHP Laravel Developer with strong communication skills and the ability to work independently. The ideal candidate should be proficient in Laravel development, modern development workflows, AI-assisted coding tools such as Claude, and software delivery best practices.

Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, test, and maintain web applications using PHP and Laravel.
Develop clean, scalable, and well-documented code.
Work independently to analyze requirements and deliver solutions with minimal supervision.
Utilize AI coding assistants (Claude, ChatGPT, etc.) effectively to improve productivity and code quality.
Manage source code using Git and follow branching strategies.
Create and manage feature branches, pull requests (PRs), and code reviews.
Prepare technical documentation, API documentation, and deployment guides.
Build, maintain, and optimize CI/CD pipelines.
Troubleshoot, debug, and enhance existing applications.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate progress effectively.

Required Skills
3+ years of hands-on experience in PHP and Laravel.




Strong understanding of MVC architecture and Laravel ecosystem.
Experience with REST APIs and third-party integrations.
Proficiency in Git, including:
Feature Branch Workflow
Pull Requests (PRs)
Code Review Process
Merge Conflict Resolution
Experience using AI-assisted development tools such as Claude for coding and productivity.
Knowledge of CI/CD tools and pipeline creation.
Solid database skills (MySQL/PostgreSQL).
Experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Bootstrap.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work independently and manage deliverables remotely.

Preferred Skills
Experience with Docker and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP).
Knowledge of unit testing and automated testing frameworks.
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
