NetSuite Functional Consultant

Job Description

We are looking for a skilled NetSuite Functional Consultant with 5+ years of experience in NetSuite ERP implementation, business process analysis, system configuration, and client consulting.

Education & Experience

5+ years of experience as a NetSuite Functional Consultant.

Solid understanding of NetSuite ERP modules including:
Financial Management
Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable
Procure-to-Pay (P2P)
Order-to-Cash (O2C)
Inventory Management
CRM
Project Management
Hands-on experience with Saved Searches, Reports, Dashboards, and SuiteFlow.
Robust business analysis and requirement-gathering capabilities.
Experience in ERP implementation lifecycle management.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.

Responsibilities
Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from clients and stakeholders.
Lead NetSuite ERP implementation, enhancement, and support projects.




Configure NetSuite modules, workflows, forms, records, and dashboards based on business needs.
Conduct business process mapping and recommend best-practice solutions.
Prepare functional specification documents and solution design documents.
Collaborate with technical consultants and developers for customizations and integrations.
Support data migration, testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and deployment activities.
Provide end-user training and post-implementation support.
Troubleshoot functional issues and ensure timely resolution.
Act as a trusted advisor to clients by providing process improvement recommendations.
