We are looking for an experienced Business Development Head / Sales Head to lead our sales function, drive business growth, expand our client base, and build a high-performing sales team. The ideal candidate should have a solid B2B sales background, proven leadership experience, and the ability to develop and execute business growth strategies.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute business development and sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
Identify recent business opportunities and acquire key clients.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers and strategic partners.
Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to improve performance.
Monitor sales pipeline, forecasting, and overall business performance.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities.
Negotiate commercial terms and close high-value business deals.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution and customer satisfaction.
Review sales reports, business metrics, and overall team performance.




Represent the company in client meetings, industry events, and networking opportunities.

815+ years of experience in Business Development or Sales.
Experience leading sales teams and achieving revenue targets.
Background in Manufacturing, Industrial Products, Engineering, Automation, Electrical, Chemicals, Packaging, or related B2B industries will be preferred.
MBA (Marketing/Finance) or Graduate in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
