Qualification
CA Inter / CA IPCC (Mandatory)

Experience
2+ years of relevant experience in Corporate Finance & Accounts
Experience in manufacturing, trading, retail, real estate, hospitality, or similar corporate workplace preferred.

Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end accounting operations.
Prepare and maintain books of accounts, journal entries, and General Ledger.
Prepare financial statements, Balance Sheet, and Profit & Loss Account.
Handle Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR).
Perform monthly bank reconciliations and account reconciliations.
Prepare and file GST and TDS returns while ensuring statutory compliance.
Execute month-end and year-end closing activities.
Prepare MIS reports and support management with financial analysis.




Coordinate with auditors during statutory, tax, and internal audits.
Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies.

Required Skills
Strong knowledge of accounting principles.
Hands-on experience with AP, AR, GST, TDS, and bank reconciliations.
Experience in financial statement preparation and account finalization.
Valuable working knowledge of Tally, SAP, Oracle, Busy, or similar ERP.
Advanced MS Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, SUMIFS, etc.).
Valuable communication and analytical skills.
