Role & responsibilities
Fixing appointments, directly meeting prospective customers and pitching the Elite packages & services.
Giving a presentation (via phone/whatsapp/email, etc) about the services we offer.
Identifying prospects to up-sell and cross-sell customers and to close prospective leads.
Handling inquiries with regard to product, pricing, customer relations and complaints.
Utilizing effective selling approaches to meet sales targets.
Maintaining positive rapport with the member; providing the right Elite experience and delivering quality service.
